
Refund and Returns Policy
At Neal & Nettie’s, we are committed to providing you with high-quality products and enriching culinary experiences. Please review our policy below regarding returns, refunds, and exchanges for both merchandise and cooking classes.
Cooking Classes
Non-Refundable Purchases:
All purchases of our cooking classes are non-refundable. This policy is in place due to the advance preparation and limited seating associated with each class.
Class Transfers:
If you are unable to attend a scheduled class, you may transfer your reservation to another individual. Please notify us at least 48 hours before the class by contacting us at info@nealandnetties.com with the new attendee’s information.
Class Credits:
Alternatively, with at least 48 hours’ notice, you may request a one-time credit to apply toward a future class. This credit must be used within 90 days of the original class date. To request a credit, please reach out to us at info@nealandnetties.com.
No-Shows and Late Cancellations:
Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the class and no-shows are not eligible for transfers or credits.
Merchandise (Apparel, Accessories, etc.)
Made-to-Order Items:
Our merchandise is produced on-demand through our partnership with Printful. As such, all sales are final, and we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item is defective or damaged upon arrival.
Damaged or Defective Items:
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please email us at info@nealandnetties.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging. We will work with Printful to address the issue promptly.
Order Modifications and Cancellations:
Once an order is placed, it enters production quickly. Therefore, we cannot guarantee the ability to modify or cancel orders. Please review your order carefully before confirming your purchase.
Gift Cards
Non-Refundable:
All gift card purchases are final and non-refundable.
Expiration:
Our gift cards do not expire and can be used toward any of our cooking classes or merchandise.
Shipping Returns
Return Shipping Costs:
If a return is authorized due to a defective or damaged item, we will provide instructions on how to return the item. In such cases, return shipping costs will be covered by us.
Shipping Insurance:
For higher-value items, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you are expecting a refund and have not received it yet, please follow these steps:
